Guests are able to use the on-site washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. Detergent is available for use. Operating instructions are located on the washer for quick cycle with hot temperature. Do not change the settings.

Guests have access to the patio furniture, outdoor grill and grilling utensils. GRILL INSTRUCTIONS: Remove the grill cover, open the grill lid and turn the knob on the propane tank to allow the gas to flow. To ignite, turn the front knob on the grill until you hear a clicking sound.

LG TV with Roku. Subscription and app-based services are available for use.

INSTRUCTIONS: After turning on the TV, select the home screen button (house symbol) located at the top right corner of the remote. Use the directional buttons to navigate to the desired app. Click the circular button in the middle of the directional buttons to select. To watch live news and sports, use the Sling TV app. Use the "Guest" profile to watch Netflix, Hulu and YouTube.

Place the dishwasher detergent tab in the compartment in the door and slide it shut. With the main door open, select your cycle, i.e., normal wash, heating dry, etc. Next press the Start/Cancel button, close the door and the wash will start. If you accidentally press the delay button, get back to zero by pressing just pass 24.

Heating and cooling is controlled by the thermostat in the main level hallway. INSTRUCTIONS: Touch the screen and use the up and down arrows to increase or decrease the temperature. A space heater and electric fan are also available.

• A binder of recipes is located in the kitchen cabinet. Recipes include some of our favorites and some new treasures from previous guests.

We recommend taking any condiments out at the end of your stay. If you find condiments in the side door, use at your own discretion.

Coffee maker, grinder, frother, french press and electric kettle are available in the kitchen. Cocoa, tea, coffee, filters, creamer and sugar are provided in the kitchen cabinet above the coffee maker. COFFEE MAKER INSTRUCTIONS: Lift the top lid and pour water in the reservoir to the fill line. Ensure the brew basket is securely in place, place one coffee filter in the basket and add one tablespoon ground coffee for every cup of water. Swing spout over the brew basket and then close the lid.

For your security and to monitor the property when empty, there are three cameras capturing video of the house doors and garage.

Guests are able to use the woodburning fireplace during their stay. SUPPLIES: Kindling wood is stored next to the fireplace. Starter paper is in a basket under the bench. Logs are in the shed next to carport. The lighter is on the key hooks at the top of the steps by the electrical panel. INSTRUCTIONS: Place logs in first, then add kindling under logs, take old newspaper, crinkle it up and push under kindling. Once it's lit, close the door tight, then crack the handle up just a little bit to allow air to keep the flame going. Once it's going for a minute or so, you can close the handle down to keep the flames inside. There is a fan speed control knob on the back of the fireplace. When the fireplace is hot, you can turn the knob until the fan comes on to blow the heat through the house. A fire extinguisher is available in the entry way.

Guests are able to use the electric fireplace during their stay. INSTRUCTIONS: Simply plug the fireplace into the electrical outlet and use the remote to adjust settings. Before check-out, unplug the fireplace and keep the remote close to the unit.

There are separate trash bins in the kitchen area for general trash (white bin) and recycling (black bin). Bag up all trash and take it to the trash bins between the woodshed and carport when you check out.

Plenty of off-street parking is available, including a covered carport. You may park in front of the garage; however, you aren't able to access the garage to park inside.
